Telangana NTSE Stage 1 Official Notification – Exam Date | Exam Syllabus | Application Form | Admit Card

Office of the Director of Government Examinations has officially notified the date of State level NTS examination. Students who are studying in Class 10 during the academic year 2019-2020 in any recognized school in Telangana including Kendriya Vidyalayas and schools affiliated with CBSE and ICSE New Delhi are only eligible to appear for the aforesaid examination.

Examination Details

The examination consists of two sections:

Mental Ability Test for 100 marks with 100 multiple-choice questions and Scholastic Ability Test for 100 marks with 100 multiple-choice questions. Each question carries 1 mark.

Examination fee of Rs. 100/- per candidate should be submitted through challan at any treasury branch mentioned underneath before online registration as the particulars of examination fee paid should be noted in the application form at the same time of registration.

The examination fee has to be paid in the form of Challan to the following head of account drawn only in SBI where Challan facility is available.

Important Dates

Application Form, Admit Card and Important Documents

Candidate must download application form from the official website and submit the printed form along with the below-given documents:

  • the original challan
  • copies of caste certificates issued by MRO concerned of Telangana state in case of SC/ST/OBC non-creamy layer
  • In case of PHC, a medical certificate issued by Medical Board of any district of Telangana
  • Two copies of a print of report (i.e. nominal roll)

Aforementioned documents are to be submitted in the office of concerned District Educational Officer only. Candidates must upload these documents along with the application form at the time of registration online.

Admit Card can be downloaded from the website at least one week prior to the examination. Any further details in regards to the examination concerned District Educational Officer or Director of Government examination may be contacted between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
